Jesusita Fire 2009

I know this fire came through the Santa Barbara area a while ago, but I thought these photos should be seen. My good friend Arnaldo and I chased the flames and the helicopters to get these photos. We were even chased by the cops ourselves at one point because the fire was a mile away and we were "TOO CLOSE!! YOU'RE GOING TO DIE!!" But we made it out unscathed.

AIL May 4th 2009!

It has been a few weeks since the competition up at Woodward West in Tehachapi, CA. The energy at this event was great, with a few dozen rollerbladers all coming together to skate, hang out, and do some competitive runs.
